PSX Series

PSX3.0 adopts the latest PMSM technology with the unique external rotor torque design. Unlike the conventional asynchronous motor, this new model eliminates energy loss due to the friction of the gear reducer and pushes the maximum torque level to 260N.m.

The other greater advantage of this lies in the capacity to stabilize airflow output, increasing the PSX3.0’s full volume to a maximum 888000m3/h, 30% higher than most competitors, making it the highest performance ever in the industry.

The power factor parameter of the PMSM technology is not affected by the number of poles in the motor, thus, making it possible to accommodate a motor design with multi-electrode (as many as 100 poles and above).

This technology is completely revolutionary as compared to the conventional gearbox driven motor and hence, completely eliminating the need for gear reducer for improved transmission efficiency.

The noise level is significantly lower as compared to the gear reducer type motor caused by the excitation noise of the motor housing and the friction of the gearbox integrated decelerator, which usually generates noise level of above 50dB.

The application of the PMSM motor technology in PSX3.0 fans solved these problems by reducing the noise level to 37.8dB.

The PSX 3.0 HVLS fan with PMSM technology requires a smaller overall volume and lower installation space of only 0.86M. It has a smaller and compact body size of only 0.36M, whereas other similar or common products in the market requires an installation space of more than 1.2M in height.
