Airfoil Blades
Imported high-grade special aviation magnesium alloy with fluorocarbon paint surface aerodynamic fan blades. AireGard‘s patented fan blade – AireGard Airfoil Blades. Its unique design includes up to three sets of stiffener support system within the blade to enhance the strength of the blades, prevent blade sagging and fatigue loss of connecting components caused by the blade.
AC Motor
AireGard HVLS collaborated with a German brand, Lenze and jointly developed a motor. The motor features minimum noise with low gear grinding process. To strengthen the bearing frame structure, it features a trapezoidal shaft structure and strengthened fuselage structure for the higher safety factor. Also increased oil seal to prevent oil leakages.
Aerodynamic Empennage
Its often seen on airplanes and race cars, but it was not developed for aesthetic reasons only. The aerodynamic design causes air to flow in the movement of the blade tip to form a vortex. The installation of a small empennage is designed to eliminate energy loss, stabilize fan operation, and bring significant benefits.
Control System
Electric Schneider set offers built-in security module to cut off the output in case of an accident occurs. German brand cabinet, certified by SGS EMC Switzerland, CCC certification and leak test, offers useful shield ability for electromagnetic interference. The IP55 Protection level is certified by UL, EMC, LVD, and RoHs.
Precision Parts
The chassis is made of 1500T Hot Press Forging with CNC precision machining process. Forging process can ensure the continuity of metal fiber organization so that the forging of the fibrous tissue can maintain the same shape with complete metal streamline to provide the best mechanical properties of the site. After the CNC machining process, the tolerance of chassis accuracy is controlled at 100um to ensure the precise balance of the site.
